How to notify user order lines rescheduled

Per discussions with Oracle Support a change to any one of these fields can result in a rescheduling event and the order lines may be updated with a new Schedule Ship Date.

- Scheduled Ship Date

- Schedule Arrival Date

- Ship Set

- Arrival Set

- Ship From Org/Warehouse

- Ordered Quantity

- Ordered Quantity UOM

- Request Date

- Ship Method

- Delivery Lead Time

- Demand Class Changed

- Ship To Customer (or Ship To Address)

- Customer

- Item Number

- Override Atp Checked

Of all of these, we are most likely to change the Request Date or Ship To Customer.  Our orders have many lines and we use ATP for some product lines.  It is possible to make a change to a single line, multiple lines via Mass change or cascading a header change to the lines.  The point is there are many ways or scenarios that will force a line or lines to reschedule, an ATP check to happen again and you receive a new Sch Ship Date.  It is possible a user makes the change, the line reschedules and unless they
