Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. R12.1.3 Required list of patches for WebADI

We are on 12.1.3, and have applied the following consolidated patch for WebADI -

Desktop Integration Framework Consolidated Patch 9790225:R12.BNE.B

However, we are getting a 1004 Error while creating an Excel template.

Can some one advise as to why this is the case, and if we are missing any patches.
