New Customer Standard in R12 (12.1.3) clarification/navigation help needed
We have recently upgraded from 11i to 12.1.3.
While a majority of the improvements are truly that - improvements - I cannot say this for the Customer Standard. It is a true nightmare for the users to navigate. Does anyone have any good navigational instructions they would like to share? I have printed out what Oracle supplied in the User Guide, it is in a word: weak. I would create instructions and screen shots myself, but I am just as confused as the users as to where exactly i am on the new structure. Am I at header or address level. if i am looking at an address
