HFM Application error EPMHFM-66054 states unable to find datasource process

Hello, I am having trouble with two different installations. One uses mssql 2012 and the other uses oracle db 11g.

After creating a consolidation application, after registering it, when i try to access it it gives the error EPMHFM-66054

I tried patching the system with the only possible patch for Hyperion financial management 11.1.2.4, which seemed to solve a similar issue, but with no result.

Can someone help me as it is now very urgent? P.S: tnsnames.ora is present and correct on the oracle database system

Inside the logs this is the messages we get:

  An unknown error occurred in an ODBC object. [[1 record: SQLSTATE = IM002; NATIVE ERROR = 0; MSG = [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified]]
