RSS issue - Requisition Approved but Requisition line and header status remains at "SUBMITTED"

Hi

I have a live scenario where a Requisition has been entered and submitted for approval. When the user received an email that his Requisition has been approved, he then goes to the Requisition Expediter to generate the PO but the Approved Requisition is not showing in the Expediter screen.

I checked the F43E11 table and found that the ERDS - Requisition Detail Status is still at '02' = Submitted. Please see screenshots below:

Could anyone please advise what might have happened here? Could anyone please confirm how the Requisition's detail status gets updated once the requisition is approved - is this part of the workflow?
