E910_how to trouble-shoot slow UBE job and caused other job in queue

Hi, pls see attached and advise how i can pin point the rootcause of these long processing time UBE and caused other jobs in queues?

Can by creating multiple queue jobs able to fix this issue ?  Or i need to finetune the current queue job for the setting like priority , number of job handling , and etc...

Pls advise a better steps ..
