Why the employee profile doesn't contain GL BU & bank data for T&E 9.2?
I hope someone can help me :-) We are implementing T&E 9.2 and HCM is already installed. Since T&E uses employee data for expenses and payment processing through PS Payables 9.2, I was expecting the HCM employee data file loading into PS T&E would contain employee data like the GL BU, department and most important the employee banking data. Well, I just found out the data we receive from HCM doesn't include the GL BU, it has the Dept ID but the profile can't be validated without a GL BU.
Is the T&E manager supposed to flag each employee profile as the Defaults profile? Enter the GL BU ? We also use a default BU Cash Advance, and is the same for all.
