change of designation for final approval

We have of designation change from MD to Managing Director & CEO and there are 50 Pos which are in Process to be approved by final Approval.

HRMS is creating a new designation and assigning it, The approval routing in HRMS is dynamic so it will automatically route to the appropriate person at run time.

Do we have any functionality in Purchasing to do the same or do we have to manually re route all the PO to new Hierarchy changes which would be done in Purchasing.

Please advice.
