ENOUGH INVENTORY IN PICK SUB-INVENTORY TO COVER ORDER BUT RACK PICKS BEING GENERATED

Hi Oracle Team,

I have a below issue. Please assist on priority.

We found 32 rack picks that should not have been rack picks. We had enough inventory in the PICK Module to cover the orders that were released for that day.  We had a total of 120+ Rack picks for today in which 32 should never have been a rack pick as there was enough inventory in the pick location to cover the orders that released for the day.


There are a total of 98 units being reserved. There were 3 orders that already shipped for QTY of 10.. So total QTY of inventory being reserved is 108..and 3 of those orders were placed on the 23
