Export of Repository Database tracks with EM Event warnings

We create a DDL and Full export of our EM12c Repository Database daily at 4:30 pm.  Sometimes - not all the time - a number of EM Event messages are received, such as 'Fatal:/EMGC_GCDOMAIN...J2EE Application is down' and/or 'Critical:EM Console Service' and/or 'Oracle Management Service is down'.  By changing the export times, we know these EM Events track and occur with the daily export of the Repository Database.  Is there a better date/time to run our export and not cause these EM Event alarms, or are other steps required?
