Routing start / requested dates based on Queue hours of Parent Routing(P3003)

Hi group,

Please guide me the correct steps. I want to have different requested and start dates to be calculated at WO ROUTING by R31410. Let me know the required set-ups to acheive this and also the correct oracle document if psosible.
