withholding tax lines

Hi All,

I have issue related withold taxes,

Can anyone provide solution as soon as possible?

Issue-

A client uses R04580 to create withholding tax lines, but the standard uses the gross amount as the basis of calculation.  As a workaround, it was decided to use R04580 to create the tax lines and then change or edit the amount.  Problem is, the system does not allow changing the amount for vouchers matched with receipts.  Any ideas how to solve this?
