Error while item instance creation

Hi All,

While creating new instance for serials 333877 & 333953 (item number 1023302 -- 9390-80-NHS-4X1), error message is coming as 'The Inventory Item (46460) doesn't exist in the Inventory Organization (1394) provided'.

Item 1023302 (inventory_item_id='46460') is already assigned to org FR0 (IO EG FR0 ITEM Validation -- organization_id ='1394'). These serials are also not in inventory.

What can be done in this case?

Find attached screenshot of this and query output.
