Presentation Model file failing to load and erroring with 404 (Not Found) error

Hi,

Facing an issue while the presentation model is getting loaded in the application. Always get the Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) in the developer console.

However the i see the custom PM .js file loading but i dont any contents within that .js file when i open the file under the sources tab in the developer tools.

Can anyone of you suggest if have have had faced a similar issue and the resolution if any?
