Primavera Contract Management - Report output format

Hi,

This is regarding the PCM 14.0 version with BI Publisher as the reporting tool.

There is a requirement to change the format type of one of the report from PDF to Excel. The report link is available as a shortcut in the Dashboard.

We have tried to change the format type from PDF to Excel by logging into BI Publisher and setting the default type as 'Excel'. Even after setting the default type, whenever we try to launch the report from the PCM dashboard, it opens up in the PDF format.

We have checked the report properties in BIP to check for any caching settings and the options are not enabled.
