Why won't my multi-list field accept all entries?

Oracle documentation for Agile 9.3 states there is no limit to number of list entries in multi-list field, but our Page 2 multi-list entries disappear after 110 entries in a needed multi-list field. I can add them each manually, slowly, and the values appear there until the screen is refreshed. Then they are gone. Am I missing a setting? How do I increase the capacity of the multi-list field?
