T4-2 down and unable to reboot with error "Hot removal of /SYS/FANBD"

Hi,

I have encountered this problem this morning. The system went down unexpectedly and found these error messages relating to FANDB.

I have looked through MOS and couldn't find any bug causing this.

We performed a power cycle, reseat of FM, cleared the fault and the system is able to boot up.

Does anyone have experienced this before?

Is there a need to replace any hardware? Especially the FANBD?

Please advise.
