PO Cancelled Line

Hello,

Just need a little clarification the message below.  I get this message when cancelling a PO line on a PO that is dispatched:

"There are associated requisitions, open all requisitions for re-sourcing? (10200,390) If the response is 'No' you will be asked if you want to open requisition quantity for every line canceled. If the response is 'Yes' you will not be asked again if you want to open requisition quantity for every line canceled"

Does this message mean I need to re-run sourcing if I select "Yes"?  Do I need to do anything at all?  Just want to understand a little better.
