Siebel upgrade plan from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.14

Hi Team,

We are planning to upgrade siebel from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.14 but in parallel we have to carry out enhancements and application bug fixing in current 8.1.1.10 Version.

To say in breify there wont be any code freeze for current 8.1.1.10 version due to ongoing issues. But we need to start upgrade with current repository and later have to merge 8.1.1.10 changes in 8.1.1.14.

Please suggest us the best approach to include all the changes by the time we are ready for production upgrade.
