ORA-03113, ORA-03114 - Occurs when trying to make a connection to the database

Hi All,

I would need your expertise to troubleshoot below issue with basic steps before approaching Oracle Support.

Problem - Attempt to connect database with service/process accounts fails from my windows NT login irrespective of client / server.

Oracle Version - 10 Node RAC with CNAME using HA and DR

               Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.2.0 - Production

CORE 11.2.0.2.0 Production

TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production

Description - I have 4 accounts that are used to connect to database for different purpose

      1. User1 - NT login that is used for read-only queries. - Works fine without any issues.
