Generating Terms and Conditions

Hi,

Our Customer have a scenario where terms and conditions changes frequently for several business units and i would like to know if there are any options on how to generate Terms and Conditions dynamically in a BI Publisher report. What we do today is copy the terms and conditions on the RTF template. So when ever terms and condition changes we go back and change the specific RTF templates. we would like to avoid that and make terms and conditons dynamic and print on Output based on effective dates. we tried attachment option but we had formatting challenges. Does anyone
