What are the validations on 'RFQ_REQUIRED_FLAG' when set to 'Y' ?

Hello,

we create requisitions using iProcurement.

what are the implications if we check the RFQ Required flag ?

Are there any validations where in Oracle will enforce RFQ and will not allow the buyer to autocreate these requisitions into other documents viz blanket release, standard purchase order,planned purchase order etc ?
