Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cannot Convert KG to EACH for ITEM XXXX while creating batch

Hi,

We are getting subjected error while trying to create a batch. We see that the ROUTING used has UOM as EACH and Product has UOM as KG. We have defined UOM conversion in b/w KG and EACH. Still the same error persists.

THere's no By-Product.

What else could be the cause of the issue?
