Pick Applet does not show any records in an environment but it displays these in another environment

Hi everybody,

our client is getting an issue in a Siebel application in a specific environment where a Pick Applet is not showing any records when this is displaying records in another environment.

I verified that the configuration in Siebel is all right in both environments (Siebel Tools). Nothing is missing. The configuration is equal.

I also verified in the Siebel DB if there is a difference for the same table (corresponding to this Pick Applet) in both environments and they are equal.

Unfortunately the logs don't show me what's going on.

Which could be possible causes for this behaviour?.
