Siebel Email Response: Is it possible to change place of inserting the template and signature in mes

Hi All

Please, help me solve following question.

When I select the templates from Category and Body/or when I select Signature, it's appears after text message.

Is it possible to change place of inserting the template and signature in message?

We use vanilla "Comm Outbound Item Form Applet New" in High-Interactivity Mode.
