I need help with Data Pump Scripts in FDM

I was wondering how to create a data pump script

I would like to create a data pump script that can do the following:

note the two digits can be any alpha numeric two digits 

1) ignore the two characters in any similar string     EF       E017000EF

2) Sometimes the GL extract is missing the the entire Entity = i.e.  E017000EF still evaluate the string for the two digits ..i.e.  if not there send to the Entity in the Entity map

3) Sometimes the entity E017000 is missing the two digits at the end  EF
