Subledger Type missing from F0902

Good afternoon,

I have some records in F0902 that specify a subledger code but the subledger type is blank.  Does anyone know how that is happening?

We are entering budgets (BA ledger) using subledgers from Item Master (Type I).  I have 9 records for which the type did not post into the F0902 record.  It posted on hundreds of other records using the same application to load (P14101).  Since there is no subledger type, these records are not pulling properly into reports.  I can't figure out how it happened because P14101 will not let you enter a subledger code without entering a subledger type.
