weblogic 10.3.6.0.9 and patch question

Could you please advise when using weblogic 10.3.6.0.9 PSU Patch for BUG19182814 THU JULY 24 15:54:42 IST 2014

are following patches already included?

1) Patch for unpublished defect 12932224

2) Patch for unpublished defect 12880112

3) Patch 14255420

4) Patch 13964737

Would you know how could I verify it?

Also if weblogic 10.3.6.0.9 PSU is running on JDK 1.7 would above patches also be needed or that is only with jdk 1.6?

Please let me know in case more info is needed
