FRM-40735 ON-INSERT/ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063

Hello,

I experienced this error after applying Patch 18459516:R12.BEN.B for the issue with the BNE row count. However, after applying the patch, we experienced errors in all the forms when updating or adding information for employees. Our EBS version is 12.1.3. Can you kindly suggest what we can do?
