Problem Encountered during Upgrade RAC from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2 (Using DBUA GUI Interface)

I am now upgrading my two-node RAC database from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2.  My RAC db was set up with Data Guard and Broker configuration.

I have finished upgrading the GRID infrastructure (with ASM) from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2 for both primary and DR site (in each site, there is a two-node RAC cluster).  After that I upgraded the database software for both site from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2.  The final stage is upgrading the database using DBUA in GUI mode.  My approach is upgrading the database at primary site first.  Then using Data Guard to sync the changes to the physical standby database at DR site.

I have used some tools to check my database and see whether there are anything I should do before upgrading the database.  The tools are 'utlu112i_11202_009.sql' and 'dbupgdiag.sql'.  After fixing all the issues, I started to run dbua.

Howdy, Stranger!
