How to change Organization in Shipping Form

Dear All

There is a requirement to change organization at shipping form. By default it shows organization as per line level warehouse after booking order. But scenario is we are creating an ISO for which we have a dff which will hold warehouse. If warehouse exists in dff then it should be populated at line level and shipping form accordingly. What may be the possible workarounds for this?
