Manage Revenue Button is not appearing and an error poped up "An unexception error occured while int

Hi Gurus, Please suggest me how to fix this issue Manage Revenue Button is not appearing and an error poped up "An unexception error occured while intializing the form"  When I clikc on the  OK button on error pop window , both Manage Revenue Button and Manage Sales Credits are disappearing.
