IB transaction is pending, while inv transaction is closed

Hi All,

We have a case where a serial's transaction in IB is showing as 'PENDING', while no transaction is pending for that in inventory module.

instance 9168337 -- serial 3C84080467 --item 103006958-2491 -- order number 10667413.

Latest transcation for this is 'Sales Order Issue', which is showing completed. Order is also closed.

Find attached screenshot for this.

What can be done for making this IB transaction as closed. Ths same case is with other serial also.
