R12 Project Management implementation without Costing and Billing - Actuals amount

Hi all,

We are making an implementation of Project Management and Project Resource Management without Project Costing and Project Billing.

We have setup the following implementation to create Forecast, with a non-shared structure:

Cost Forecast:

• We enter Actuals and ETC amounts for some Task Types in the Last Publised Workplan.
• In the Forecast Cost, we 'Generate Amounts' in order to inherit Actuals and ETC amounts already entered in the Workplan.
• The Application is only inheriting ETC amounts and non Actuals amounts.

Revenue Forecast:

• Our Customer expects to enter Actual and ETC amounts manually.

In Oracle Support they said that this cannot be done as actuals amounts are intended to be used just in Project Costing and Project Billing.
