lsnrctl 12.1.0.2 hangs in Windows 7 64-bit

Hi all,

For evaluation and testing purposes I've installed Database 12.1.0.2 on Windows 64-bit (Win 7 Pro SP1). The installation - software only option - completed errorfree. However, the lsnrctl utility on command line does not work as expected, but hangs when exiting, for example

\>lsnrctl

LSNRCTL for 64-bit Windows: Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production on 03-JUL-2015 11:37:43

LSNRCTL> status

--> displays output as expected

LSNRCTL> exit

--> never returns to the command line prompt

If enabling tracing (set trc_level 16), the following is written to the trace file when entering the command exit:
