Does RPM_PROMO_ITEM_LOC_EXPL hold approved promotion information of a transaction item/location always  ?  We check randomly when promotions are created at style level , sometimes it is exploded in transaction level sometime it is rolled up in style level only . RPM version - 13.2.4 . Question is in which rules it is governed by ? Is there any published document related with this ?
