Delinquency Notices and Open Drafts

Hello,

Does anybody know how these two work together (delinquency notices vs.drafts)? The delinquency notice is generated by the outstanding balance. This balance includes open drafts? The delinquency notice output displays open R1 documents?

From my test results, I noticed that drafts are included in the outstanding balance (to decide if a delinquency notice is printed), but not printed on the R03B20 output.

Is this correct?
