adnodemgrctl.sh: exiting with status 1

I have Recently Installed Oracle EBS R12.2.0 and then upgraded it to R12.2.4 after Up gradation though the Application Works fine but Adstral.sh fails with status 1 after analyzing logfile it says that adnodemgrctl.sh is existing with status 1 and this is the error I have in adnodemgrctl log file.

WLSTException: Error occured while performing nmConnect : Cannot connect to Node Manager. : Connection refused. Could not connect to NodeManager. Check that it is running at hrs2khlndct0001.dibpak.com:5556.
