how can I get the result of sql query in the form builder data block wizard

as the picture shown above,the data block tgw_header in the arxtwmai.fmb show its wizard.When I execute the query in the plsqldeveloper like :select * from ra_customer_trx_partial_v , zero row is selected.In fact,the responding form can show datas by f11,ctrl+f11.I feel puzzled and want to get help of selected data in the view ra_customer_trx_partial_v.

Will anyone so kind to solve the problem for me.thks in advance.
