Question about R083800 and ending enrollments for terminated EEs

We terminated several employees using the date  of 06/29/2015 and we then used R083800 with data selection of only those employees who are terminated and we did not enter a date in the processing options....  It ended their Plans and DBAs effective  06/30/2015 instead of 06/29/2015.  Can you  tell us why it  did that?  Do we have to input a date in the processing options for it to minus 1 for the  effective  date?
