forms and reports win 2012 auto startup

Hello,

I have installed Forms and Reports 11.1.2.2.0 on weblogic 10.6.3 generic

OS is windows 2012 R2 - 64bit

There are no services and the services do not come up automatically.

to start I do

opmnctl startall

start weblogic admin server with command

start node manager with command

start wls forms and wls_reports via weblogic console.

now all services are running via port 888

How do I take care of an autostart or windows services? an automatic bat file is perhaps easier?
