BOS elapsing

Hi,

We have BOS R, BOS C and BOS U measures which have been defined with  PST/PS as aggregate and spread type.

Ideally, I expect BOS to become uneditable(elapsed) as soon as the previous season is completely elapsed.

For eg. BOS of H2 2015 should get elapsed as soon as the previous season H1 2015 is completely elapsed.

However the BOS is not elapsing until the first week of the present season is not elapsed.

So the BOS of H2 2015 remains editable until the first week of H2 2015 is elapsed. As soon as the first week of H2 2015 gets elapsed, the BOS of H2 2015 becomes uneditable.
