12.1.0.2 : memory required to use in-memory

Hi ,

I would like to use in-memory option in 12.1.0.2.

How much memory required to put 3 huge table partitions in in-memory store.

Size of each table partition is 40 Go.

Is it mandatory to have 3 * 40 = 120Go to store these table partitions  in IM  ?

What about indexes ( 20 Go for each table partition) ?

How to estimate memory required for IM feature ?
