We have migrated from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4 on APS and 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.4 on EBS

After running the collections for the first time, the collections completed in error with "Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: APP-FND-02901: You do not have access privilege to any operating unit. Please check if your profile option MO: Security Profile includes any operating unit or the profile option MO: Operating Unit is set. has been detected in MO_GLOBAL.INIT."

I have enabled APS Collections on the source side for the user who runs this request, but it still completes in Error.

Please advise what can be the issue
