Hi Team,

We are unable to create a repair order for a serial number(part 521-0137) in depot repair.

Error:

APP-CSD-209139 : Invalid Install Base Instance/Serial Number. Please verify the location


When checked in IB, the serial number/instance shows in WIP location and in the material transactions shows the WIP job(#509094 ) which when queried in WIP jobs shows up the item(#DPRA000001) that is WIP completed.

Serial number with issue 521-0137-3834 is of part 521-0137 and this is subassembly of DPRA000001


Attaching the screenshots of these for reference. Please advise if there is issue at IB update on this part.
