500: Server Error [10-0002]

Hi,

We are getting  500: Server Error [10-0002] while accessing Siebel eService application. there were no any traces found on web servers event logs at the time of issue. This issue is reoccurring continuously in our envoirnment after our web servers get reboot after patching. We are having our envornment setup on IIS 7.5 with Sitemider web agent version - 12.0.311.824

We had a check with vendor about memory sumps of servers and they provided there analysis as below :

Below are the requests which seem to be the cause of hang issue. The below threads are all waiting for the data to be returned from the remote server.
