ORACLE data block corrupted

I have an issue on my Oracle data file. This happened once one of the server Hard Disk crashed. I replaced it and everything seems ok. But on some tables query returned following error .is it possible without rman resolve this issues ?

Oracle 8i

ERROR:

ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 14, block # 122899)

ORA-01110: data file 14: 'F:\ORACLE\ORADATA\ORACLE\ORION_DATA02.DBF'

Any help highly appreciated .
