R12 Auto Created Sample During Batch Step Release considered only first lot from Pending Lots, not a

I've done setup as per Oracle document In R12 Auto Created Sample During Batch Step Release Does Not Have Subinventory / Locator / Lot populated (Doc ID 1442272.1) but it is considering first Pending lot while generating auto sample not the rest lots mentioned in the "Pending Lots" screen. What is the way to get all the lot's auto sample created??
