Why does Smart View display all grids (documents).....

Hi. How can we filter out the grids (documents) we want the users to view in Smart view? This is possible in the web browser for HFM but not in Smart View. Smart View displays all documents, including the private ones.

we are on version 11.1.2.3.502 of HFM and 11.1.2.3.000 of Smart View.
