line status stuck in awaiting fulfillment,

Hi Gurus,

Need urgent help!!!

There are 3 lines in an order, 1 line is shipped, other 2 cancelled, delivery line ''interfaced'', but SO line stuck in awaiting fulfilment status.

Please help. tried retry activities in error, tried removing from fulfillment set from line. nothing helped. error on Line work flow is :

Error Name  -20001

Error Message  ORA-20001:
